Return Policy
**TEMPORARY COVID-19 RETURN POLICY**
In response to the continued Covid-19 Pandemic we are taking the necessary precautions to keep our customers safe! As a result, returns & exchanges are restricted at this time. We will resume our normal policies after the pandemic is over.
Our staff is working diligently to keep the safety of customers our #1 priority. We appreciate your understanding and business during this time!
**NORMAL RETURN POLICY (SUSPENDED AT THIS TIME)**
Top Tier endeavors to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, regular priced items may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. All items must be unworn, have all tags attached, and show no signs of damage including but not limited to makeup stains, burns, tears, and odors. To initiate the return process, email your request to returns@shop-toptier.com, within 7 business days of receiving the item. Tracking information will be used to determine this date. Upon receipt of your email, you will receive a response with return shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Number that must be included on your returned package. Packages lacking a Return Authorization Number will not be processed for a return.
You will receive an in-store credit for the amount of your original purchase on items approved for return minus any shipping costs. Please allow 2-3 business days from the receipt of returned items for processing.
All sales are final on sale and clearance items
Pre-Sale & Special-Order Policy:
All Pre-Sale and Special Order items require payment in full at the time the order is placed. You will be given a detailed time frame of when you should expect to receive your order. In the rare event that a presale or special order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a Full Refund via the method of payment used to place the order. All Pre-Sale and Special Order sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
